How to wear it?
 
 
Before wearing, the Rudraksha should be purified and energized. Soak it in clean water or milk overnight, then rinse with clean water. Chant the mantra "Om Hoom Namah" 108 times to energize the bead.
The ideal day to wear the 7 Mukhi Rudraksha is on a Monday, which is associated with Lord Shiva. However, it can also be worn on a Friday, a day linked to Goddess Lakshmi.
Wear the Rudraksha in the morning, after taking a bath and cleansing your body and mind. Sit in a peaceful place and light incense or a diya (lamp) to create a sacred atmosphere.
